Where the Wild Things Are

I think I was the only person who really wanted to see this movie but I took everybody with me. a family outing. And, it wasn't until we were on the subway going downtown that I happened to look at Kate's feet and realized that she was wearing flip flops. It was about 40 degrees and we had already had a conversation about dressing warmly; Everybody else was wearing socks, boots and winter jackets. It just made me laugh to see this kid wearing flip flops.

And, oh yes, the movie was really nice. We all like it.
